Saturday, February 11, 2006 in Lower Manhattan, NY---More than 500 young professionals, including Society Ties, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s young professionals group, came out on a stormy snow filled Saturday evening to attend the “Black Tie & Blackjack Casino Night” at the Downtown Association, 60 Pine Street (between Pearl & William Streets) to help raise money to help fund leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma research and patient services. This exciting night of entertainment included dinner, an open bar sponsored by, Grey Goose® and Innis & Gunn, games of chance including the red hot Texas Hold’ Em Poker, dancing well into the night with opportunities to receive great prizes including dinner gift certificates, luxurious hotel stays, soothing spa treatments and much more!
