Celebration CHAIRMEN included Karen LeFrak & Richard S. LeFrak, Heather Mnuchin and Steven T. Mnuchin, Anne and Charles F. Niemeth, and Lally Graham Weymouth. CO-CHAIRMAN were Elizabeth and Thomas A. Renyi, and Mr. and Mrs. Joel E. Smilow. Guests included Barbara Walters, Diane and Paul Guenther (NY Philharmonic chairman), Dr. John Baldwin and Ce Ce Cord, Mercedes and Sid Bass, Joanne and Roberto de Guardiola, Katherine Farley and Jerry I. Speyer, Audrey and Martin Gruss, Marjorie and Gurnee F. Hart, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Icahn, Evelyn Lauder and Leonard Lauder, Carol and Jerry Levin, Daisy & Paul Soros, Cynthia & Dan Lufkin, Paula and Leon Root, Gillian Miniter & Sylvester Miniter, Larry Silverstein & Mrs. Silverstein, Sheila Labrecque and Barbara Tober. Under the direction of Music Director Lorin Maazel, with Emanuel Ax and Yefim Bronfman at piano, the New York Philharmonic performed Mozart’s Concerto for Two Pianos in E-flat major, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 3, “Eroica.” Time: Cocktail reception from 6-7 pm. Concert at 7:30 pm, followed by dinner.
