Howard Szarfarc, President, Time Warner Cable of NY & NJ and Curtis Sliwa, Founder and CEO, The Guardian Angels/ CyberAngels officially launched Cyber Safety Awareness Day. Upon completion of the press conference and luncheon, I followed Curtis Sliwa and Guardian Angels team members and a film crew on an "Underbelly Tour" of a vulnerable area in the South Bronx near Yankee Stadium.
