NEW YORK-JULY 22: Glenda Bailey & Valerie Steele Host Cocktails to Celebrate FIT Couture Council Fall Luncheon & Isabel Toledo Couture Council Award for Artistry of Fashion on Tuesday July 22, 2008 at The Toledo Penthouse, New York City. Isabel Toledo will be receiving the Couture Council Award for "Artistry of Fashion" at the FIT Couture Council's Annual Fall Fashion Week benefit luncheon. Plans were also announced for The Museum at FIT's major 2009 exhibition of Isabel Toledo's work from 1985-2008. The exhibition will begin in June of 2009. The event was hosted by Glenda Bailey, editor-in-chief of Harper’s Bazaar and Valerie Steele director of The Museum at FIT.
