New York’s most chic and charitable women convene in Central Park’s Conservatory Garden for the Frederick Law Olmsted (FLO) Awards Luncheon; affectionately nicknamed the "Hat Luncheon," it’s hosted by the Women’s Committee of the Central Park Conservancy.
