SAGAPONACK-JUNE 19: The GREEN GALA To Benefit Group For The East End on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at The Wolffer Estate Vineyard , Sagaponack, New York.

This year’s Green Gala, designed by April Milliken Trigg of Eventologie, highlighted the local produce, products and production of the East End through a farm-to-table approach with the farmers, growers and chefs who utilized and promote our fabulous East End bounty. Local celebrity chefs James Carpenter, Tom Schaudel, Michael Ross and Brian Fishman created a three-course dinner featuring phenomenal food from the farms and waters of the East End paired with wines from Wölffer. Our exciting array of green-focused auction items, including an African Eco-Safari for two courtesy of Uncharted Outposts, encouraged guests to give green to go green and support the best of our local lifestyle.
