The sporting event that epitomizes a quintessential summer afternoon in the Hamptons returned this Saturday with the 15th Anniversary Season of Bridgehampton Polo.
The Hamptons ‘Boys of Summer’ led by
Industrialist Peter Brant’s White Birch team and the face of Polo Ralph Lauren,
Nacho Figueras and his Yellow Cab team returned to the CIRCA Championship Field, Two Trees Farm at 849 Hayground Road in Bridgehampton for the opening day of the 15th Anniversary Season of
Bridgehampton Polo Club. Polo enthusiasts and Hamptons tastemakers watched the White Birch Farms team defeat Yellow Cab 16-10 on the CIRCA Championship Field in the first match of the
Monty Waterbury Cup which continues through August 13th.
White Birch’s Mariano Aguerre led all scoring and was awarded MVP.

The Vanity Belles performing the national anthem live followed by guests watching high profile polo players like the face of Ralph Lauren
Nacho Figueras take to the CIRCA Championship Field. Tastemakers were invited to sip on fine bubbly and mingle in the new, exclusive
Blue Star Jets VIP Tent while taking in the thrills of high goal polo action on the
CIRCA Championship Field. With the high goal polo action as the backdrop, guests in the new field side invitation-only
Blue Star Jets VIP Tent included
Russell Simmons,
Betsey Johnson (who threw in the ball to mark the start of the game), Kelly Klein and high profile other Hamptonites. Guests enjoyed the Sector No Limits watch display,
Alex and Ani Bangle Bar, live music by DJ Airloom, tastes from
Southampton Social Club and featured drinks such as the Sobieski Mint Pony and
Aperol Spritzer along with other refreshments including
