NEW YORK-FEBRUARY 8: TRACY STERN HOSTS A CHARITEA FOR SFK by

National Arts Club, 15 Gramercy Park South at 20th Street, New York City, NY. On Tuesday, February 8th,
Tracy Stern, Creator of Salon Tea, celebrated her birthday by hosting a Chari-Tea to benefit SFK-Success for Kids NYC at The National Arts Club in
Gramercy Park. The event, filmed by a major television network, raised funds and awareness for
SFK-Success for Kids – a non-profit organization aimed at empowering at-risk children and adolescents to become resilient, productive citizens through research-based character development programming.
SFK New York currently serves more than 1,000 children in eight schools throughout New York City and has served nearly 8,000 since opening its doors in 2004. “Tracy Stern is a long-time supporter of SFK and we are thankful that she chose to celebrate her birthday by helping to provide the SFK program to children attending
New York City schools,” said
Jennifer Weil, Executive Director of
SFK New York. “Through her support and the continued support of the guests who attend this event our children will be inspired to be successful, productive individuals who will one day be business professionals, government and community leaders and more.”
The event included silent auction items including: a rose gold diamond pendant by RS DuRant Jewelry, a White Fox hooded vest by Helen Yarmak, a Salon Tea gift basket, a White + Warren cashmere wrap, and a Blume Girl gift certificate. And,
Willoughby’s, NYC’s oldest photographic emporium, donated a Pentax KX Camera Kit for silent auction. Guests also enjoyed a performance by a burlesque tea dancer and silhouette artist,
Grace Gotham.
