Story: Cocktail Party at Quadrille’s president John S. Knott and marketing director John Fondas’ sultry and sensuously decorated Upper East Side apartment. Couture florist Helena Lehane created arrangements of Dutch coral peonies, orchids, persimmons, nerines and Rothschild lilies to enhance the living room with its stunning orange lacquered walls. Among those warming themselves by the fireplaces were John Loring, Barbara Cates, Jay Grim, Joan Masket, Alex Hitz, Sherrill Pincus, sisters Lara Glazier and Melissa Berkelhammer, Michael Devine, Rebecca Silver, Mark Gilbertson, Mireya D’Angelo, Eric Javits, Blakely and Trey Griggs, Tony Ingrao and Randy Kemper, Isabel Rattazzi, Warren Scharf, Sherrill Canet, John Christiensen, Virginia Pitman, Tom Edelman, Lisa Gorrivan, Julia Wallace, Christina Danka, Jonathon Preece and Anjelika Rijevers.
