Thursday November 8, 2005: In celebration of its third anniversary, the prestigious Ingrao Gallery (17 East 64th Street, between 5th & Madison Avenues in New York City) hosted a cocktail reception to introduce an exhibition featuring the functional sculpture and artwork by Nicola L., entitled Nicola L. Then and Now 40 Years of Avant Garde Functional Art. The Nicola L. show, curated by gallery Director, Jennifer Olshin, introduced Nicola L¹s iconic and symbolic sculptures and functional art into this inspired space, where it created a new dialogue with their well-known offerings of important antiquefurniture and decorative arts.
