Friday, April 28, 2006, 6:30-10 PM, The Racquet & Tennis Club at 370 Park Avenue, New York, NY--Girls Quest (formerly Girls' Vacation Fund) Celebrated its 70th Anniversary at its 4th Annual Casino & Silent Auction Benefit. Co-chaired by Monica Sherer of Jennison Associates and Felecia Webb of Polo Ralph Lauren. Girls Quest's mission is to nurture disadvantaged girls from the greater New York area to help them achieve their full potential and become active members of their communities by building academic and social competence. The benefit proceeds support their summer experiential, teen-leadership, and mentoring programs. This year's benefit also honored alumnae and volunteers that have supported the organization over the past 70 years. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, a buffet, and includes a fun-filled night of casino games, plus a silent auction, and great raffle prizes.
