Patty Smyth McEnroe and John McEnroe were honored by Riverkeeper at its annual star-studded gala benefit dinner, hosted by Bob Costas, on Tuesday, May 13,2008 at Pier 60 Chelsea Piers, 23rd Street and the Hudson River, Manhattan. The McEnroes were honored for their environmental activism and their commitment to saving the Hudson River. Smyth's band Scandal performed at the gala.
